Time to Squad up for Battle
The games to play with your Squad
There are a number of things to try out this weekend and if you are and your buddies are looking for a great time then look no further. It is no surprise now that there are a number of Battle Royale games out there. If you are planning to squad up and get that next chicken dinner or next Victory Royale then I suggest getting your Mountain Dew and bust out your Doritos because here are some games you could squad up for and dominate. Here is my list of games you can enjoy with your squad and kick some major ass to the gaming competitors.
H1Z1: When it comes to Steam and PC titles, I do not often put them in my game blogs (mainly because I do not have a high-end PC) but I would like to be the one to say that this game is a killer. If there is one game I could somewhat relate this game to and say it is similar is PUBG as everything in the game is the same except Weapons and more cosmetics in H1Z1. It is very much like any Battle Royale game out there and what makes this one a bit more fun than the rest is the taunts that you can do when you down someone. There is a variety of silly taunts you can have your character do and a number of ways to hack and slash your way to victory. The games hype has died down a ton due to other Battle Royale games out there but it is still a great title none the less.
The Culling: This is one title that launched on Consoles and got mixed reviews however, I have to say it is rather enjoyable. What makes this game stand out from the rest is the creative crafting system and the different ways to eliminate your opponent. The crafting system does take a bit to get use to as your environment is your material and it requires points to craft. The game does not allow you to continuously craft weapons and bandages otherwise you will be in a endless loop of one person camping and throwing weapons. It is a fun game you can play with the squad and enjoy for a bit however, it is not for novices as there is a huge amount of (what gamers call) "Sweatys" that have perfect aim at throwing weapons. It is enjoyable to play and is available on PC/XBOX One
PUBG: There is a number of things that make this game astounding and the one that takes the cake is the Chicken Dinner. If you and your mates are lucky or skilled enough to make it to the end and eliminate the final team, you will win your chicken dinner. This is the most fun game I have ever played with my friends and we have some great moments in the game as well. A new thing we started to do in the game (Do not try this at home) is throwing grenades at each other and calling out your mates name and throw it. The fun part about doing this is causing worry in your squad and wondering if it is a real grenade or a dud. There is a number of ways to enjoy the game rather then the typical Shoot em' up because of the features in the game like vehicles and if you are creative, funny final kills. It has been out for on PC/Xbox and is on Mobile now as well. From the games listed, I highly recommend this and soon it will be out on PS4 so that will be awesome too.
Fortnite: This is one title that I will be perfectly honest I do not like on Console due to slow sensitivity and no mouse/keyboard support but it does have some great features. One of these simply being building, which might I add is a unique feature to add to any battle royale game. The building aspect may seem little to most people however think of it this way, in the midst of a fight where you are out in the open field and in need of cover then build it and live to tell the tale. The thing (as I mentioned) is a downside for me is playing on Console as the control sensitivity is slow and it takes a while to get use to in the game. It is very popular and is very fun on PC and with the squad at your side, it truly is a fantastic time. The game is available on Xbox/PC/PS4 and just launched Beta for mobile as well.
These are the games that I recommend to play with your squad this week and dominate the world. If you are truly looking for fun in your squad then definitely check out these titles and as always if you enjoy the blog, be sure to Follow me or Subscribe as I always try to look for new things to talk about.
